Rowena Koenig
Founder
For more than a decade, Rowena has helped inspired individuals realize their philanthropic goals. Informed by her background in performing arts, she helps mission-driven organizations create emotional connections with key stakeholders through compelling storytelling. She guides funders in crafting powerful narratives to discover and refine their philanthropic vision, and to focus their giving strategies for maximum impact and meaning.
She has worked with Conservation International, the Sierra Club, Climate Emergency Fund, Animal Defenders International, Greater Good Charities, and Teach Democracy. This broad experience has given Rowena deep insight into organizational best practices in the sector, and considerations for ensuring charitable resources are responsibly allocated.
For Rowena, climate advocacy is personal as well as professional. She has participated in civil disobedience for climate justice with Jane Fonda's Fire Drill Fridays and Greenpeace. Her writing on philanthropy's role in the climate crisis has appeared in Philanthropy News Digest. Other past engagements include serving as Session Chair for "Reinventing Capitalism" at the Stanford Science for Society: Ideal Village Conference, and serving as a panel moderator at the Hollywood Climate Summit.
A global citizen at heart, Rowena has lived and worked in Spain, Peru, Germany and Argentina. She now calls California home.

Sean Cherry
Founder
Sean is a digital media marketing expert with experience delivering strong and cost effective returns for social impact organizations throughout the world. Through strategic and innovative impact campaigns spanning numerous platforms, Sean has raised tens of millions of dollars for nonprofit organizations.
As Vice President of Digital Media at Greater Good Charities, Sean elevated Digital Marketing efforts, scaling revenue from under $100k to over $5 million annually within just five years. In 2023, his leadership was recognized by Meta when Greater Good Charities was selected as one of one hundred nonprofits for their Non-Profit Accelerator Program. Additionally, his leadership resulted in Greater Good Charities selection as one of fifty nonprofits chosen by TikTok For Good’s #GivingSzn, and was instrumental in the organization’s selection for the second-ever recipient of NP Digital’s Non-Profit Concierge Program (2023 Global Marketing Agency of the Year).
Sean’s team management philosophy is informed by his academic background in psychology, and he has built and led teams in nonprofit organizations as well as in real estate. A serial entrepreneur and real estate investor, Sean is also founder of Land Above 4k, LLC.

A native of Ohio, Sean now lives in Tucson, Arizona, along with his rescue dog Mo and his tortoise Kurt.​​
